To Purchase

Purchasing:

My pieces are handmade and not produced in quantity. Some pieces are one of a kind, and making similar items take time. New pieces are always in process, and may not be available on the site yet, I would be happy to tell you about these. Send me an email and I will respond regarding items in stock and custom work.

Wholesale orders are always welcome.

Shipping:

Once an order is finalized, I will attempt to ship in-stock merchandize within 24 hours. Special or custom orders require more time and I will be happy to estimate these items on an individual basis. I will do my best to accommodate time requests and am sensitive to the needs of my customers.

Payments are accepted through PayPal from my Etsy link, or if you contact me directly, I accept Visa, MasterCard and checks.

Shipping is via USPS, or UPS, whichever is most convenient for you. For shipping quotes, please send an email with the item(s) name, quantity, and state or country.

Returns:

I do my best to make sure that people enjoy the items they purchase.  If there is a problem, please contact me and we can discuss options. Custom designs and sale items are final sales and cannot be returned.

I am happy to enclose with your purchase a reusable jewelry polishing cloth for an additional $4.00.
In order to improve your shopping experience I keep records of customer information.  However, your privacy is very important to me and I do not share your information with third parties. I may occasionally send an email to inform you of sales or shows I might be having in your area, but I do not spam.

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. I am happy to provide measurements for any items.
