Purchasing

My pieces are handmade and not produced in quantity. Some pieces are one of a kind, and making similar items take time. New pieces are always in process, and may not be available on the site yet, I would be happy to tell you about these. Send me an email and I will respond regarding items in stock and custom work.

Payments are accepted through PayPal from my Etsy link, or if you contact me directly, I accept Visa, MasterCard and checks.

Wholesale orders are always welcome.

Shipping

I will do my best to ship in-stock merchandize within 24 hours. Special or custom orders require more time and I will be happy to estimate these items on an individual basis. I will do my best to accommodate time requests and am sensitive to the needs of my customers.

Shipping is via USPS, or UPS, whichever is most convenient for you.

For shipping quotes, please send an email with the item(s) name, quantity, and state or country.

Returns

Should you need to return an item for any reason; unworn merchandise can be exchanged for merchandise or return if accompanied by an original receipt within thirty days of purchase. Custom designs and sale items are final sales and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please package return item in secure packaging so damages will not occur in transit.

I am happy to enclose with your purchase a reusable jewelry polishing cloth for an additional $4.00.

Privacy

In order to improve your shopping experience I keep records of customer information. However, your privacy is very important to me and I do not share your information with third parties. The information is retained in my database. I may occasionally send an email to inform you of sales or shows I might be having in your area, but I do not spam.

Sizing

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may appear larger than actual size in order to show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item. I am happy to provide measurements for any items.
